124 – Psychic Attacks – Dreams and Dreamscapes

Dreams and Dreamscapes

This is a series that looks at what Psychic Attacks are and what you can do regarding them. This entry we’ll focus on the kind of attacks that can occur in our Dreamscapes.

Most of Us Dream

Dreams are often dismissed as something that the mind makes up while we are sleeping.

It seems that many don’t understand the connection between body and soul and how the Astral levels factor into things, so they are misunderstood by many.

When we dream, we either send a projection of ourselves out to the Astral or leave the body behind in an unconscious type of Out-of-Body Experience.

Your Own Personal Space

Everyone has what is called a Dreamscape. It’s your own personal space in the Astral where you get to process things that are on your mind. It may also be a meeting place for other Souls or somewhere to get certain tasks done. There are other uses for it, but they escape me right now.

As it’s Astral based, it generally shifts and changes with thought, feelings, and expectations. Often, it can be a confusing mess. Your dreams may be a way of sorting out issues that you have not faced in your waking life.

Dreamscapes are also a way of receiving messages, omens, and signs about what is coming. It’s not uncommon to dream about an object, incident, animal, creature, or people. While not all dreams are prophetic, many certainly are.

However, it’s beyond the scope of this entry to go into those types of dreams.

Sacred

Your Dreamscape is a sacred, personal space. Nothing should enter it without your permission, yet that is exactly what happens when it is used for Psychic Attacks.

Such attacks may manifest as nightmares or even dreams where you feel like you are trapped, and they never seem to end. (Time in the Astral runs differently to the time in the 3D realms.)

Attacks on the Dreamscape should be taken seriously, as they can have serious consequences.

Let’s look at some examples and things that can occur. Most of these are from personal experience.

Infected Dreamscapes

It is possible to infect a Dreamscape with something that might grow within it. I have certainly experienced this myself when, somehow, some members of The 12 managed to plant some kind of parasitic being in mine.

I was told that I could not remove it because it had a right to exist. However, it was also my right to claim my sacred space, so I shifted the parasite to another place that didn’t interact with it.

Dream Walkers

Dream Walkers are people, generally Otherkin, who are able to leave their body consciously at night, and visit Dreamscapes. They may be Walk-Ins, demonics or entities such as Succubi and Incubi.

What they do is akin to lucid dreaming or Out-of-Body Experiences, but to my mind, not quite the same thing.

Dream Walkers can mess around with dreams by visiting the Dreamscape. They may produce nightmares, sex dreams, or try to cause chaos and oppression to the dreamer’s psyche.

If you awaken from a nightmare, especially one where you feel you have come off second best, you should always attempt to mind travel, and finish off the dream on your terms.

What this will do for you is change the outcome and potentially negate any damage that was done.

Being Chased

Recurring dreams of being chased is not that uncommon. Sometimes it can be due to a person who you fear, other times it might be an actual psychic attack.

Either way, the key to ending these types of dreams is to set the intention to stop running and face your pursuer. I’ve found that once you do this, the dreams will stop.

One incident that always comes to mind happened many years ago.

I was in a house, and three men in black, who were wearing hats, were chasing me through many rooms. They looked like gangsters from the 1930s.

This went on for three nights in a row, and on the third night, something within me clicked and I was able to take control.

Stopped Running

I stopped running, turned and faced what appeared to be the leader.

He pulled out a gun and shot me right in the chest.

The bullets, however, didn’t penetrate, and there was just a dull thud like sensation.

He then gave me a “I hope I wasn’t out of line with shooting you,” look, and exited, like the men in black from “The Matrix Revolutions” movie right after Neo destroyed Agent Smith.

I never had those dreams again.

I’m not sure if these were assassins sent to try and kill me or if the intent was to create nightmares, but every time I’ve had dreams of that nature, turning around and facing my pursuers has always stopped them.

Dream Eaters

Dream Eaters are beings who claim they can eat dreams.

This stops the dreamer from having a dream.

I once knew someone who used to brag about being a Dream Eater. He claimed that if people didn’t dream, they would eventually die.

Yeah, seems that Dream Eaters are jerks.

Being Drained

It’s possible that your Dreamscape might be used to drain your energies. Entities can lodge themselves there and use you as an energy source.

In my next entry, I’ll recount a story that demonstrates how this can happen. (It’s way too long for this entry.)

So, What Should I Do?

If it appears that your Dreamscape is under attack, then you should set the intention to make it inaccessible to anything that does not belong there or is not welcome.

Just remember, it’s your personal space (and that is rare when it comes to the Astral realms).

You can also ask your Guides or Guardians to help protect that space against unwanted attention.

I’ve, personally, put Guards on people’s Dreamscapes when they are experiencing attacks. It has made a difference.

If you can learn how to have lucid dreams, then that can help as you might be able to wrest control back from any unwanted visitors.

Keep a Dream Diary, if you can. You will find that dream recall, and eventually control increases after a short while.

And remember to always go back and finish your dreams on your terms.
