169 – Being Human – The Personal Dangers

Being Human

Not everyone in a body is a human Soul. My estimation is that around a third of the planet is made up of Otherkin. Most can incarnate safely, but for some, like myself, that’s not always the case. I look at the personal dangers for me.

Until this life, it’s been incredibly dangerous for me to incarnate as a human in the proper way.

By proper, I mean, without memory of who I am and without my natural abilities and powers.

To incarnate properly and get the most from the experience, you need to forget everything about who you are and what you can do. The greater the forgetfulness, the better it will be for you, long term.

Proper incarnation means you can fully redefine who you are, discover things you never knew about yourself, uncover new powers, and grow spiritually.

For most Souls, this is a safe thing to do.

However, for some of us, there is an inherent risk by doing so. As so many wanted me gone, enslaved, or bound; it is akin to painting a big, red target on your body.

Raging Ocean

We are told that we are a Soul having a human experience. Something that has always irritated me, as it completely ignores what some of us don’t get a chance to do.

It’s like saying to someone who can’t swim: “Go jump into the raging ocean. It’s safe.”

It may be safe for you, but not for me.

Forgetting everything about yourself also means that, even if you knew how to swim, you would have to relearn it again.

Now, I have incarnated many times and sometimes I have had to do the Walk-In thing. I have always retained a fair amount of awareness of who I was, or put myself into a place where I was relatively safe.

In spite of that, I’ve been killed many times. Sometimes it’s just been unavoidable. Me, and those following me, would be slaughtered. (One of those instances was recounted by Ecclasia in this entry, where she recounts a life she remembered with one of my past incarnations.)

Lack of Awareness

While I really hate having my human body killed (as it’s annoying as all Hell), it’s something I can live with. (No pun intended.)

The real danger about incarnating with no memory is this: Those who know exactly who you are, will use your lack of self-awareness to attack, trick, or bind you.

This might sound overly dramatic, but that’s exactly what happened when I was younger.

I recount much of this in I Am The Phoenix. There were many attempts to deceive and bind me.

Because I did not remember who I was, I was in peril. I did not believe or conceive such things were actually possible.

Ignorance of how things really are in this realm, could be considered the greatest danger, because you will be unlikely to take proper precautions for something you don’t think even exists.

Secret Knowledge

Revealing such knowledge is frowned upon, not because it’s breaking some Universal Law, but because, if you know what is really going on, then you can be on your guard. You can block attacks and not fall into insane traps like Soul Deals, offers to rebirth you, or Psychic Attacks.

This type of knowledge was never meant to be a secret from humans. Yes, it is true that anything worth having is worth discovering and gaining yourself, but that does not mean you cannot learn from others.

It’s also true that, it doesn’t matter how much the facts speak for themselves, people will ignore it if it suits them.

For those who are seeking answers, I believe they should be there to be found. They should be out there and available for those who take the trouble to go searching for them.

The answers don’t have to be spoon fed, just as long as the method of finding them is available.

Seek and You Will Find

You could argue that if someone is really determined, they will find the answers anyway. This is true… to a point.

I’ve seen too many embark on this type of quest, only to stop and settle, when they find some half truth mixed in with a bunch of bull.

I’ve fallen for it myself. Found a source that spoke to me in some parts and I just assumed that the parts that didn’t quite match must be true, too. After all, what the hell did I know?

Of course, I don’t know a fraction as much as I would like to, especially in a human body. The 3D mind isn’t capable of containing all that knowledge. It would overload and burn out, but I digress.

First Time

The point, I guess I’m making is, I think this is my first time of really being human.

You may be wondering… what was it like?

As a confirmed incarnation of a god, what is it really like to have a human experience?

I can tell you that it sucks.
