Empath Support During Christmas
Empaths are particularly vulnerable during the holiday season. This entry looks at Empath Support and how this period affects us emotionally.
It’s almost Christmas time. (At least, at the time of writing this entry.)
It’s meant to be the period where we wish for peace on earth, everyone is nicer to each other and gets together, as a family, to celebrate and eat.
That is, depending on which country you live in and what your faith and beliefs are.
Depression
For those who are affected by the Christmas to New Years holiday season, it can be a time of great loneliness and depression.
Many will experience a sense of being lost and alone.
Many may have no one to be with during the holiday period. Maybe there is no family. This might be due to having lost them through death, estrangement, or perhaps they never had them to begin with.
Even friends might be lacking or in short supply. Many may be at an age where all have left, and all they have are memories of how wonderful things used to be when they were younger.
It could also be that things aren’t going well in their life. Could be due to work, health, money problems, or fears about loved ones.
Or they feel they don’t fit in and are missing out on something. Everyone is having one big, joyous party but them.
Even if you’re not a Christian. Even if you’re not religious. That sense of being alone will be intensified during those few weeks.
Empaths
If you’re an Empath, that is, someone who can pick up on the feelings and emotions of others, then this time of year can be like your own personal Hell.
As Empaths, we are particularly vulnerable to negative energies around us.
Decembers a time where, typically, you will start to see people commenting about depression, loneliness, and even suicidal thoughts.
We may become more susceptible to negative energies and entities that tend to feed off these things such as tormenting thoughts and emotional pain.
Many of us can’t wait for this to be over.
Empath Support
For those of you who feel this pain, just remember you are not alone. There are many others out there who feel the same way and endure what feels like a torturous month.
Just know that there are many ways to connect and support each other, such as Empath forums, blogs or chat rooms.
Suicide Support
If you are feeling suicidal, it’s important to be aware that these feelings may not be your own. There are remedies that can really help in a dire case. (Suicide Prevention Mix) or reaching out to suicide crisis lines is also an option.
In many cases, suicide tendencies and thoughts are actually a Psychic Attack. (This can be read about here.)
Remember, the problem with such thoughts, and attacks, is that the tendency is to not want to reach out or be helped.
This may be hard to overcome, as such attacks will play on your victimhood, making you not want to care, and strives to convince you that everyone is better off without you here.
Red Flags
These are red flags. None of it will be true.
Suicide tends to be problematic to those who succeed in taking their own lives. While they won’t end up in Hell (as many claim), they can become trapped in a self-made Hell.
The state of mind, when passing over, can be critical to what you see and experience in the Astral levels. The more distraught your state of mind and energies, the more vulnerable you will be to demonics and negative entities.
Also, as a rule, those who do try to leave this 3D life, tend to cause themselves to return, as they decide, on a Soul Level, that they have not achieved what they set out to do.
Resources
There are also many resources for how to cope with being an Empath and support groups. Some are great. Some may not be what you need. But they are out there.
The point is, even though it may feel like it, you are not alone.
There are many out there who feel this way. There are also many who will do what they can to help.
If you need to connect, please comment on this post, so we can know you are out there, and others can support and join in.
Stay safe and well during this holiday period. It’s been a hard year for all.
Remember, you are not alone.
