Special Snowflakes (Trigger Warning)

I’m sure we’ve all seen it (and if you haven’t, I envy you).

Someone is throwing a tantrum because they didn’t get what they believe they are entitled to.

Sometimes these people are referred to as Special Snowflakes. That is, someone who feels they are different from others, and should be treated differently.

The moment they don’t get their way, they go into a huge rage and make a very big deal about things.

Nowadays, the term Social Justice Warriors (SJW) may also be used to describe such people. In many cases, they act that way because they are under attack.

This is a series that looks at what Psychic Attacks are and what you can do regarding them. This entry we’ll focus on Financial Attacks.

Have you ever experienced this?

Everything seems to be going well financially. You finally have enough money put aside and then something happens where you need to spend it.

It might be your car breaking down. Maybe one of your whitegoods has finally died after so many years. Perhaps you need to move suddenly or make a trip overseas. Or a family member died and there’s the insanely high cost of death.

Or the most common one. You suddenly lose your job.

Whatever the reason, it seems that no matter how well you are doing, any gains you have made are wiped out, and then some.

Money = Success?

Worse, they all happen at the same time. It’s as though someone has coordinated everything to go wrong all at once.

134 – Psychic Attacks – Personal & “Fixing” Attacks

This is a series that looks at what Psychic Attacks are and what you can do regarding them. This entry we’ll focus on Personal Attacks. This is also a mini-Rant.

Personal Attacks are yet another type of Psychic Attack and there are still many to go. This particular one is a bit of a mixed bag as it tends to come under one umbrella.

It’s about how our interpersonal relationships with those around us are used to make us become guarded, isolated, and shut down.

Like most types of psychic attacks, this one can be emotionally devastating. The Target can feel completely alone.

How this may happen is when you share something of a sensitive nature, allowing yourself to become vulnerable, then it ends up being used against you.

If you are venting or have a need to talk to someone, that person then may turn around and attack you, or worse, tell someone else, thus betraying your confidence.
