71 – The Dark Council Deal

Neutral

One of the criticisms that are often levelled against me, as Geb, at least by those who knew me, was that I would rarely act or get involved. I was said to be indecisive, and it took me forever to do anything.

It is true that, in my Lightbody, I might wait for centuries to act. However, when the time finally comes to do so, I move very fast and am very decisive.

Timing is everything, and I know my timing.

Other common complaints I get are that I always work alone (something I’ve had quite a few yelling at me about over the years) and that I never reveal my plans.

Both are true because, when I rely on others, they rarely do their part. Very few have ever proven consistent and when timing is everything, it’s best to do things as they come up rather than wait for others to not do them.

As for my plans, the old saying, “Loose lips sink ships,” is very appropriate here.

The Phoenix Archives Download

The reason I bring this up is because sometimes I have very long-term plans that carry on from lifetime to lifetime.

I trawled through the downloaded information, I obtained from The Akashic Records, but found nothing useful.

But in The Phoenix Archives, I finally found an item of interest. One that was not in the public domain.

Something that went back around sixteen thousand Earth years. Back to the days of Atlantis.

I made a deal with The Dark Council.

The Deal

It was a simple one. As they found me an annoyance, but something they were having trouble removing, they decided they would rather be on better terms with me than not. So, an offer was made.

I would leave them alone for around sixteen thousand years and in return, they would leave me alone. Then, once the time had ended, they would grant me one favour from the council.

Normally, unless you were part of the Dark Council, such favours were reviewed on a case-by-case basis and only ones that benefited the council itself would be granted.

Also, such favours were subject to the rules and conditions of the Dark Council’s Charter, which meant that once they were granted, you were pretty much indebted to them.

The Price

You did not have to be part of The Dark Council to approach them. It was certainly an advantage if you were, as your requests would have to be honoured.  However, if you weren’t a member, then it was at their discretion as to whether they would grant your desire or not.

If they did grant it, it would mean you would always be at the service of the Dark Council, and that was never a good thing.

Still, most Beings seem to be very short sighted. They only see the immediate future and never consider that at some point, they will still be paying for the gains they got back then.

So yes, you might gain incredible success and fame for a while, but you’ll be paying for that for the rest of your existence.

One Favour

Our deal was that I would be allowed to ask a favour at the end, but naturally, it was not a free ride. Even though they would be obliged to grant it, all the charters and rules would still apply to me.

That meant that I would not likely ever call in the favor as they knew the last thing I wanted was for them to have access to my Phoenix Energy.

Still, it was something I could work with. It was the Ace that was up my sleeve.

Because I work alone, I never revealed this agreement to anyone.  This left most to speculate that I was not that much of a threat and my stance on things was neutral. Something that, even to this day, there is anger toward me about.

Winning The Lottery

As mentioned, I searched my private archives for something I could use to free Ecclasia. The agreement finally downloaded into my consciousness. I checked it and found it was valid.

It was like finding a token you could use in any way you liked and get anything you desired. It was somewhat overwhelming and like winning a lottery you had forgotten you had entered.

Still, I knew the dangers of using it, but I also knew I had to do so and soon.

So, I came up with an idea.

Love to hear your thoughts.
